Star Wars In Concert

Last Friday I took the boys to see Star Wars in Concert at Cowboys Stadium. It was amazing! They had a live orchestra playing the music of the movies while playing clips and a great narration from the man that played C3PO! The boys loved it, and interestingly enough, so did I!

Brotherly Love...maybe....

Isn't this sweet??? Tyler running beside his brother during his soccer game. Watching his every move, cheering him on, such the supportive big brother.

SERIOUSLY PEOPLE....he's running around the field, having me time him, asking me to take his picture running...and has NO clue if his brother scored a goal, what the score is, and if Parker is even on the field.

But, pictures can be deceiving can't they? So, I'm going with brotherly love....

Memory Lane....

I found this picture last night and just had to laugh at myself...seriously, Parker had turned three this week and he had his first soccer game. Really? They didn't even make cleats in his size (notice he is wearing tennis shoes) and his shorts and shirt hung to his knees. So, I am NOW thinking...really....what was I thinking???

I guess on a good note, he's now been playing for over 4 years and is pretty good at the game. So, maybe that's my justification for starting him when he started walking...ha...

U2!!!!

Last night Tim & I went to the U2 concert....and I have to say, it was absolutely the best concert I've ever been to! We had floor tickets and were so close to the stage! My ears are still ringing, my feet are sore, but it was ALL worth it for that experience.
