Most Special Day

Easter was extra special for us this year.  Parker was baptized and now I have the joy of knowing I will spend eternity with both of my boys, worshipping our Lord.

Down On The Farm

Last week Parker's class went to Owens Farm in Richardson and I went too!  It was a fun field trip.  We took a hay ride, fed the goats, saw horses, chickens, baby bunnies, newborn goats, and had a picnic!  The kids had a blast!

Hard Work Pays Off!!!

Last weekend was our big game vs Fever.  They were undefeated and had beat us the 2nd game of the season 3-0...we had definitely upped our game since then and hadn't lost again.  We have one precious girl, Ella, still playing on our team in the boys league.  She's a girly girl, but when it comes to soccer - she is AWESOME!  She came down with strept Friday and couldn't play.  The boys were so sweet and in the huddle would yell, "For Ella!"  Keep reading to see how the game played out....

 He dumped water over his head he was so tired....and Mommy was so proud of him!  He played his heart out....I had my camera ready but had to watch instead of taking pictures during his goals!

p.s.  Funny after story....we got a text from Coach Ryon and the coach of the Fever already called and want to play again even though it isn't scheduled.  So, we will get another chance to play and Ella will get to play with us this time!



GREEN & GOLD

This is Spring Fever Week at school and today was sports day!  Parker still loves his Green Bay Packers and went all out today!  He won for best boy in school!  He was so proud!

Our Pink Weekend

We got to keep Kennedy while Dina & Stan were in California last weekend.  What a treat that was!  We dove right in to the wonderful world of girls!  We had purses and "lipschtick" to keep up with, we had pink pillows and minnie mouse, bows to put in, diapers to change, and it was all so much fun!  We loved having our precious niece with us - we're ready to have her again SOON!!!

How fun for us that Holden celebrated his birthday at the NEW Lego Discovery Center at Grapevine Mills.  They have all sorts of fun things to do inside, the kids had a blast! Thanks Jen!
